At the beginning of November, CPE organized a screening of Thierry Michel’s documentary film “The Man Who Mends Women” at the WHalll, in Brussels. The screening was followed by a panel discussion with the director Thierry Michel, the co-founder Isabelle Durant, and the current president of the non-profit Cathleen de Kerchove.
The event was a real success. It was a beautiful moment of sharing, where participants were able to learn more about Dr. Mukwege, the theme of rape as a weapon of war and the actions of CPE.
